Established in 2005, BSV recruitment is an established leader in the Construction and Engineering Recruitment market. Today, they work with a wide range of clients – from SMEs to global ‘Top 100’ organisations.
Liven Creative were appointed to carry out a comprehensive rebrand and provide a new suite of promotional materials aimed at its three key audiences: candidates, clients and consultants. Our input included brand workshops, competitor analysis, communication strategy, identity design and straplines, plus brochures, stationery, and extensive copywriting.
Identity Design & Strapline
We’ve given BSV a new identity based on a comprehensive review of its competitors, current clients and target audiences. Liven Creative chose a predominately yellow colour palette to build the new BSV brand. This colour is already associated with the construction and engineering sectors, so the identity’s colour scheme was already a perfect match for BSV and its target audiences.
We also created a new strapline: ‘Constructing Relationships, Engineering Careers’. This highlights the brand’s industry focus, and its approach to working with clients and candidates.
We created a range of print collateral for BSV Recruitment. For example, a corporate brochure that included ‘The Level™’ – a sales-led diagram that summarises BSV’s complete offering, plus trade advertising and corporate stationery.
Liven Creative designed BSV Recruitment’s website to follow the brand’s updated visual styling. Their site is now fully integrated, with a job-posting and candidate-management system (LogicMelon), plus a full content management system that allows them to update content as and when they need.
